How to Use Messages in TrustUS

To start using messages in TrustUS, press the "Messages" tab. This will take the user to the "Messages" page. The "Messages" page includes a list of conversations. The conversations are automatically created according to the cases that the user is in. In other words, for every case that the user is in, there will be a conversation group including all the members of that case.
The user can search within his conversations using the search bar above the conversation list. To search within conversations, type in some keywords or a contact name and press the "Search" button. This will open a list of Channels and Messages that matches your search term. Click on a result to go to that Channel or the selected message in that Channel. Press the
If the user is using TrustUS in desktop mode, then there is also the main view which displays the selected conversation. In mobile mode, the selected conversation is displayed in a new window after the user clicks on a conversation in the conversation list.
