How to Use Vendors in TrustUS

To start using vendors in TrustUS, go to the "Vendors" tab. This will take the user to the "Vendors" page. The "Vendors" page contains a search bar, an "Add New" button to add new vendors, and a list of Vendor tiles.

 

The search bar at the top allows the user to search vendors by typing its name. Then click on the vendor that appears in the suggestions.

 

The user can click the "View" or "Edit" button on the right of a Vendor tile to view or edit that vendor. In desktop mode, this will open a right sidebar allowing the user to view or edit the selected vendor. In mobile mode, a new window will be opened instead.

 

 

 

In the "View Vendor" window, press "Pay Vendor" to make a payment to the vendor. This will take the user to the "Requests" tab and prefill the receiver of the transaction with the vendor's information. If the user has multiple cases, they will be prompted to select a case first before proceeding. Clicking on the vendor's name in the Requests window allows the user to quickly see the detailed information of the vendor without leaving the Requests page.
