How to Use the Admin Panel

The Admin Panel allows admin users, which includes Agency, Attorney, and Independent Intended Parent users, to perform several admin-only actions. To start using the Admin Panel, go to the "Admin" tab.
Invite a New User Opens a page for the user to invite new users to TrustUS. To invite a new user, the logged-in user will create an account for the new user by filling out the invitation form. The user must provide an email, role, and name of the new user, as well as a password for the user to log in. After inviting, the user can track the invitation's status in the "Pending Invitation" section of the "Invite a New User" page, or the "View Pending Invitations" button on the mobile Admin Panel page.
Create a New Case This lets the user add a new case. This opens a new window allowing the user to fill out some necessary information and create a new case.
Add a New Disbursement This lets the user request a new transaction. This takes the user to the "Requests" tab and the user can continue to request transactions from there.
Pending Cases This allows the user to view all cases that are still awaiting the user's approval. In desktop mode, a right sidebar will pop up and display a list of all pending cases. In mobile mode, a new window will open instead.
