Introduction

There are two subscription plans for TrustUS, the Free Plan and the Standard Plan.

The free plan fully allows you to create, process, and manage transactions within a case. However, you won't be able to transfer funds directly within TrustUS, as you'll need to make the transfer by yourself.

The standard plan adds the ability to transfer funds directly within TrustUS, allowing you to make payments, add funding, and schedule transactions.

Rates

Standard Plan users are charged based on the number of active cases that they have on the billing day:

  • $25 per active case per month. If a case was not active for the entire month, the user will be charged the prorated amount depending on how many days the case was active for that month.
  • Cap $300 for each case. The maximum accumulated charge of a case caps at $300. This means that the user will not be charged more than $300 for each case.

Billing Cycle

The user will be billed on the first day of each month. At the beginning of every billing cycle, the user will be billed by the number of active cases they have on the billing day, plus a prorated charge for any active days prior to the billing day that wasn't accounted for on the last billing day. The method of calculation for the prorated charge is (active days in the previous month * $25 ) / 30. The final result is rounded to 2 decimal places.

For example, if a case was created on January 25th, and remained active on February 1st, then the user will be charged the base amount of $25 for this case for the month of February, plus the 7 active days in January which will be an additional ( 7 * $25 ) / 30 = $5.83, which leads to a total charge of $30.83 for that month.

Trial Period

During the trial period, the user is granted access to all paid features for free. The user can make or schedule transactions. If the user wishes to not continue using the paid features when the trial period ends, they need to manually cancel the auto-enroll before the end of the trial period. Note that in canceling the auto-enroll of the Standard Plan, any transaction that has a proposed date that is more than 5 days after the trial's end date will likely be canceled. The user can still reactivate the auto-enroll before the end of the trial period.

Canceling the Standard Plan

If the user cancels the Standard Plan, they are still able to use the paid features for the remaining duration of that billing cycle. The user can continue to make or schedule transactions. However, it is important to note that any transaction that has a proposed date that is more than 5 days after the next billing day will likely be canceled. Canceled transactions will change to a "To do" status and await the user's manual update.

After canceling the Standard Plan, the user can still choose to resume the Standard Plan, and the user's existing transactions will not be impacted.
